Everett home sale tops out at $2 million as August deed records show wide price spread
Fifteen properties changed hands in Everett between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Disclosed prices, available for nine of the 15 sales, ranged from $107,500 to $2 million, with a median of $645,000. The period's largest transaction was a $2 million sale of a commercial property at 1727 Revere Beach Parkway, from Trilogy Everett LLC to Revere Beach Parkway LLC. Six deeds, including two same-day transfers between Capone family members on Broadway and School Street, listed no sale price. The 15-transaction count reflects a steady, unremarkable pace for the period based on the data available.
