Everett home sales cluster at $760,000 median as half of July-August deeds withhold price

Everett recorded 14 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, with seven listing a sale price ranging from $345,500 to $1,070,000 and a median of $760,000. The period's top sale was 29 Harvey St at $1,070,000, followed by 23 Waters Ave at $1,000,000. Half of all recorded deeds, seven, did not disclose a sale price, consistent with typical Massachusetts registry data. Sales spanned condominium units and single- or multi-family properties, with two units at 4 High Street Terrace and two deeds tied to 45 Mystic St recorded within days of each other. The available data shows a routine month of turnover without a clear directional price trend.
