Fourteen Everett property transfers were recorded between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with nine carrying a sale price so far, ranging from $107,500 to $2 million and a median of $594,000. The period's top sale was 1727 Revere Beach Pkwy. at $2 million, sold by Trilogy Everett LLC to Revere Beach Parkway LLC. Five recordings, including 70 Albion St., 19 Alfred St., 383 Broadway and 40 School St., have price not yet available, which is typical for recent filings. No single street saw more than one sale, and the period included condo, single-property and LLC-involved transfers, plus several transfers among related parties or into trusts.
