Everett Home Sales Range From $400,000 To $1.1 Million In July
Everett recorded 19 property sales between July 3 and Aug. 1, with disclosed prices among 12 of those transactions ranging from $400,000 to $1.1 million and a median of $762,500. The month's top sale was a $1.1 million transfer of 126 Central Ave. from Tyrtle LLC to John LLC. Four condominium units sold for under $500,000, while two properties, on Bryant Street and Central Avenue, topped $1 million. Nine of the 19 deeds involved a limited liability company as buyer or seller, and five other transfers moved property within the same family or into a trust without disclosing a price, leaving seven of 19 total deeds price-undisclosed.
