Everett home sales span $1.18 million gap between high and low in August
Everett recorded 16 property sales between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Eight of the 16 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $418,000 to $1.6 million, with a median of $690,000. The month's top sale was 110 Ferry St at $1.6 million, sold by Braz Realty Group LLC to Xueying Feng and Feilong Xu. Notably, five of the 16 transactions were transfers within families or into trusts, none with a disclosed price, and two properties were acquired by LLC buyers. No single street recorded more than one sale during the period.
