Fourteen Everett property transfers were recorded between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with reported prices available so far for six of them, ranging from $238,000 to $1,110,000 and a median of $655,000. The month's top sale was 441 Ferry St. at $1,110,000, sold by Peiying Huang to PL Somerville LLC. Eight of the 14 transfers have no price yet available, a normal lag in registry reporting, and several transfers appear to be family or trust-related changes of ownership rather than open-market sales. With more than half the data still incomplete, the full scope of September's market will become clearer as remaining prices post.
