Twelve property transfers were recorded in Everett between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, with eight carrying a sale price ranging from $485,000 to $985,000 and a median of $675,000; four transfers show price not yet available in registry data. The period's top sale was 109 Cleveland Ave. at $985,000, sold by Abrahan D. Rivas to Cristian Garcia Benavides and Olivia Yanes Garcia. Four of the 12 recorded transfers moved property into family or revocable trusts rather than to outside buyers. With no prior-period figures for comparison, the data shows a moderate volume of transactions clustered mostly in the $500,000-to-$1 million range, with no sales below $485,000 or above $1 million.
