Everett October Home Sales Top Out at $1,055,000 as Trust Transfers Dominate Filings

Everett recorded 16 property transfers in October, nine with sale prices ranging from $340,000 to $1,055,000 and a median of $690,000; the other seven were nominal-consideration transfers, several moving property into family trusts.

Everett recorded 16 property transfers in October, nine with sale prices ranging from $340,000 to $1,055,000 and a median of $690,000; the other seven were nominal-consideration transfers, several moving property into family trusts. The month's top transaction was a $1,055,000 sale at 95 Malden St., bought by Hamilden LLC from sellers including the estate of Joao M. Netto. Priced sales spanned condominium units and single-address properties with no street recording more than one sale, and the data shows no basis for characterizing the market as either strong or weak beyond the raw counts and price range recorded.
