Everett sales ledger shows two trust transfers at the top, prices still trickling in

Twelve property transfers were recorded in Everett between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only four carry a sale price so far, ranging from $238,000 to $905,000, with a median of $800,000 among those priced. The month's top transaction was 4 Winter St., which sold for $905,000 on Sept. 17 to Adhanom

The month's top transaction was 4 Winter St., which sold for $905,000 on Sept. 17 to Adhanom Beyene and Mulubrhan B. Weldchawaryat. Several other transfers, including on Clark, Elsie, Lafayette, Rock Valley, Winslow, and Cottage streets, involve matching family names and appear to be trust-related transfers rather than market sales. With eight of twelve prices still pending, the full picture of September's market strength in Everett won't be clear until the registry's data catches up.
