Everett's Priciest August Sale Tops $1 Million as Most Deed Prices Stay Undisclosed
Everett recorded 15 property sales between July 31 and Aug. 29, per South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Six of the 15 listed a sale price, ranging from $525,000 to $1,063,000, with a median of $755,000 among those disclosed. The month's top sale was 20 Hatch St., which sold for $1,063,000 on Aug. 7 to Huang Biping. In a notable portfolio deal, seller Rocco Vigorito transferred five properties on five different streets to a single buyer, Mystic Lynde Third Robin LLC, in one day, though no price was disclosed. Twelve of the 15 transactions involved a trust or LLC, and nine had no disclosed price, limiting a full read on this period's market.
