EVERETT -- Thirteen properties changed hands in Everett over the past month, according to newly recorded deeds from the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. Sale prices ranged from $465,000 to $1,125,000 among the eight transactions with disclosed consideration, with a median of $884,500.
